The stores were filled on Saturday with happy shoppers who took advantage of the anniversary specials. I had fun browsing and purchased some wonderful spring ornaments for the home. Verona wishes Nicky and Heather many more years of success!

Verona's thespian, Dick Miller, is at it again. In collaboration with Peter Lovett, the two are starring in a theatrical show called "Together Again." The evening will feature skits and songs based on a general theme of their lives together from birth to being old codgers. Dick's wife, Jan, is actively helping out in this production and tells me that "Dick and Peter are outrageous as only they can be. It will be a lot of fun and expect to laugh, laugh and laugh some more." Tickets can be ordered by phone from Napanee Gray's Drugstore, 613-354-3346. Tickets can be delivered to the show to be picked up that night if you can't get to Napanee ahead of time. They will also be available at the door if not sold out. Three shows only.
